Decent providers; unacceptable Administration, refused request to change primary provider, after they changed it without notice. I asked to be reassigned to my original primary provider twice and was denied. Express your dissatisfaction and they will deactivate you as a patient, again without notice. After voicing my dissatisfaction, they deactivated me the next day. RUN do not walk.
Was scheduled to see my primary care doctor on Oct 18, 2017. Called to ask a question and was told my appointment had been cancelled and the earliest appointment was Feb 27, 2018! Totally ridiculous! I'm going to look for a new doctor in the meantime. They had already rescheduled my appointment once before, this is unacceptable. I have ongoing serious health issues and need to see my primary care doctor more often than once every 2 years!
