My first visit to Dr. Phelan's office was exceptional. Every one of his staff was so warm, welcoming, kind, very sweet, and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I'm grateful for our daughter choosing Dr. Phelan to deliver her baby, coming very soon. She absolutely loves him and his staff as well. Dr. Phelan was so pleasant, gentle and kind. I had a wonderful experience, first appointment after finding out I was pregnant. Dr. Phelan and his staff are all very warm and welcoming. Grateful to have been referred here.
Dr. Phelan is a kind human being and here is an example why. Before my surgery he called me not once, but twice, simply to check-in and make sure all my questions were answered. This made me feel seen and heard -- a fundamental human need. He is competent, experienced, and simply a delight.
The Best OB/GYN I would say. I just moved to Sacramento about a month and found out I am pregnant. I don’t know any doctors around. I searched OB/GYN near me and chose him based on the reviews he had and yes no doubt he is phenomenal. I have a chronic condition for the last 15yrs where I could never think of having any child.
