Dr. Phelan is the best physician I have ever seen. He genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to ensure that they are comfortable, well-informed and cared for. On top of being a fantastic doctor, he is a genuinely kind and caring person. I have never felt rushed or pressured in his care. During my recent surgical procedure he provided calming reassurance and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable.
