I cannot say enough good things about Dr Phelan and his practice! From the moment I called in needing an urgent appt after my previous OBGYN let me down for a number of reasons. They got me right away and ever since then they have been so great to work. The front desk staff is warm, knows you by name so you're not just another number like some of these larger machines. Dr. Phelan is a highly intelligent doctor. He has an answer for every question we have asked. He made it possible for us to conceive when we thought we had no hope. I am 9 months pregnant and he has been there supporting us and giving us his best advice. I can honestly say he has made me feel more comfortable than any doctor I have had in the past. I wish he was my doctor for everything. His entire staff is incredibly friendly. They have made us feel welcome and supported the whole way. I would recommend him to anyone.
An Excellent surgeon. did not feel rushed at all. very caring. explained procedure in detail. Dr. Phelan's office and surgical crew are very professional.
