In Dec 2024 I broke my hip and Dr Timothy Peters was my surgeon, he is awesome his bedside manner is great always friendly and makes you feel at ease. So happy he was on schedule when I needed him. Thanks again for all you did for me!
This office and this doctor is ridiculous. I had trauma surgery at a hospital and he refuses to take care of my recovery such as X-rays and follow up since the surgery was performed by the Dr in the ER. This is after I had all the information faxed, then the office proceeded to call my mother, who is my emergency contact, to disclose my information INSTEAD of me. Outstanding experience with Dr. Peters and his staff. Had a nasty fall with multiple fractures including one requiring surgery. The ortho surgeon referred by the hospital was not in my network and I was having a difficult time getting connected to a good surgeon who was in my network. Melissa and Brandy in the front office took the time to understand my situation and quickly got me scheduled to see Dr. Peters (thank you both so much!). Dr Peters treated me for torn hamstrings. He was professional and upfront regarding his findings. He even consulted Sports Medicine as my injury wasn’t necessarily bone but soft tissue. The team prepared a personalized course of treatment since it’s not something he sees everyday. Excellent care.
