Unfortunately for me, Dr. Peppers was sick with the flu or something when I had my spinal fusion. I believe he had a sub, maybe a student do it while he was there. And yes it failed. The L4 fused but L5 did not, so I have a loose screw in my back and I never recovered. OK, I knew the odds, stuff happens. What bugged me is when I had an appointment, his PA came out and discussed my latest test. So like I say, stuff happens.
