Had a total roof replaced. Unlike others, Tim took his time and fully explained everything. Gave me options to work w my insurance company as well as helped me pick brand and color for my house. Quote was kept, timing and turnaround time was in line. Crew was good people and considerate of my home and property. The job was completed in a professional manner. Tim actually called after a couple times to check on things and ask if I needed followed up on anything. Highly recommend.

Tim has done flooring, bathroom remodel, backsplash install, and roofing for me. Had a great experience all the way around. Reliable, honest, very hard working w/ great results. All boxes checked. I've used substandard contractors in the past, VERY frustrating. Don't waste time, call Tim Parks

I hired Tim to replace my soffit and he did excellent work! He is also very knowledgeable about the building code and very detailed in his work. I hired him to paint my house as well and I love it! I'll highly recommend him to friends and family!

Went to France for an extended period (6 months), got a call from our kind neighbor who told me that the roof leaked through the gulley where the angle of the roof changed. I have a concrete tile roof, 50 years old! Being 3500 miles away I contacted my good friend Mr. Google who gave me a list of roofers in the Orlando area.
