Our furnace was leaking so we called Timothy off. BIG MISTAKE!! Two days later a service tech came out and charged us $445 to change a gasket. Long story short, that didn't fix the problem and after five service calls and about $1,000 our furnace still masks leaks. They offered to come out a sixth time and only charge us another $258 but we're cutting our losses and getting someone else to fix it.
Date of service 06/24/2016 Problem: No airflow Root cause: loose wire inside the HVAC Time to diagnose: 5 mins Bill $253!!!!! Yelp.. call Timothy now and get paid to bump this review down. haha. When asked about bill before the reconnecting the wire, technician wouldn't tell me how much it was going to cost.
