Dr. Noonan, Is a wonderful Orthopedic!! I have and will continue recommending him.. his knowledge, and personality makes him a great Doctor!! As well as Doug A.Reincke PA-C and the entire staff !! I have had torn Meniscus, repaired in my knee. Arthritis relief , Total knee replacement surgery. And torn Tendons with Therapy to help the torn Tendons grow back together in my shoulder … !
I have been Dr.Noinan patient for 2 years now..he has preformed 2 shoulder surgery's and I have been great after the repair. I would definitely go back to him on any orthopedic injuries. DOUG the PA and all other staff members are great ..This is the place to go....
Dr. Noonan is one of THE BEST physician, not only in UT-Physician but in Texas. He is very expert, very knowledgable with excellent experienced. My wife and I are really appreciated for all his kind and nice excellent help.
Do not come to this doctor. He gave a knee injection to a family member on the wrong spot. It wasn’t until he went to a professional sport doctor that he was told that the injection was placed in the wrong spot at this location.
