As someone who's father in-law Dr. James G. Hoehn was head of plastic surgery at Albany Medical Center. I have some understanding how the health care industry works from the inside. Dr. Martin is one of the most incompetent and uncaring physicians I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.
