I had a bad experience recently with another dermatologist in Indiana, Pa. Dr. Makkar and his staff not only took the team to listen to my issues but also spent time explaining why they might have missed the issue. He also originally thought it wasn’t a concern but after looking at the pictures I had taken decided to remove the spot. He opted to freeze it instead of the cream so I would not have to stay out of the sun. He also explained the healing process and how to care for it. Took my mother to go see Dr. Makkar and he did a phenomenal job with taking care of what turned out to be a skin cancer, making it easy for her and us, and there is pretty much no scar!
