Friendly and professional staff. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like family. I’m thankful you are in this area to care for us when we need you.
I received subpar treatment from Dr. Timothy Williamson as an adult patient. I was in the midst of treatment with Dr. Williamson and he canceled his appointment with me 40 minutes beforehand because he was apparently figuring out his schedule. It was incredibly odd and unprofessional. The receptionist was very rude and did not even apologize for the cancellation. Dr. Williamson is an outstanding pediatrician. He has a stellar reputation in Ojai and we feel very fortunate to have had him and his staff as the caring office for our daughters their whole childhoods.
