I have been calling for three days now and leaving messafges to set up an appointment and cannot get a call back JMartin Miami, FL 2/6/2019
Dr. Grant is an excellent provider but office staff does not return phone calls or address messages with him. It is very difficult to schedule appointments as a result of this.
Short and condescending .... very hurried and terrible bed side manners!
Dr. Grant is a very good doctor with a great bedside manner. However, attempts at communication are shunned. Phone calls are never returned. I even tried communicating by fax. This has been an ongoing problem with this doctor.
While Dr Grant is a great guy his diagnosis wasn't accurate and my symptoms still persist. I have left several messages and don't get a call back from front office personnel so communication is difficult at best.
