This is my 2nd time being treated by Dr Chunduri He has completed 2 microdisectomies on my lower L5 -S1 and his treatment has changed my life twice. Knowledgeable, extremely great bedside manner and ensures the best treatment for all of his patients. I was referred to him by a friend and would recommend him to family and friends any day
Was able to troubleshoot my shoulder by taking x-rays and was able to relief the pain with a couple of shots!! I have had excellent care from Dr. Velazquez for the last 10 plus years!!

Dr. Angel Velazquez exhibited a good deal of empathy and compassion along with an expertise depth of knowledge associated with my husbands treatment, including the ever changing needs as his condition responded to treatments during his healing journey. He was rude, short, condescending and generally not helpful. He didn’t schedule a follow up and basically blew me off without any help.
