I had booked specifically a cleaning with Marcy. IN fact I had to wait 3 weeks more to have her. I get to the chair and a Dental Assist who I have no idea who she is....(a newbie?) She is pleasant and I'm like......"Okay......you cleaning my teeth?" I get "Yes"....I ask..."Where's Marcy?". I hear "She's with a patient and will be working with them....a difficult case". Brittany was my new Hygienist. She was thorough, quick, and so pleasant. Dr. Kindt took the time for a quick visit even though the place was hoppin' busy. Both Alyce & Alice were their usual competent and wonderful selves. I appreciate knowing that I have the absolute BEST dental care possible. I would absolutely refer this office to family and friends.
I would of liked to be explained of what the next visit is for. I understand it is for two fillings however did not understand what else was going to be conducted during the exam. Also i was unaware if my insurance was going to take care of my entire visit.
Alison was very helpful to set-up the cleaning plates impressions after the same office visit.
