Alyce was so kind to let Vicki know that this would be Jame's first teeth cleaning experience. She also assisted in helping to familiarize James with the facility and the location of restroom. Vicki made special note of Jame's reaction to the cleaning methods and purposely used the means with which he was most comfortable.
