Alice is the best! I thought I had to cancel my appointment because we had switched insurances and didn't realize we didn't need a card with MetLife. She immediately went to work setting everything up with my insurance so I could keep the appointment, with only a day's notice. I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Kindt's office. In the 32 years I have lived in AZ, he is my fourth dentist. After about 14 years with Dr. Kindt, I know he will be my dentist until he retires.
Not my favorite thing to do but everyone I saw was smiling and friendly. Thanks once again for a good visit.
