Cost of whitening trays was not told to me before procedure. Dental lab people very nice. Carpet in dental lab was filthy! Counters extreemly dusty! Inexcusable! Dentist needs to talk to patient when he is done.

I felt that the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth this time was a little rough. when she scraped the tartar, it hurt a lot and my gums were quite sore causing me to take ibuprofen the entire night. On my next cleaning visit, I would like the girl I had before this one (at the previous visit). This girl also roughly flung the lead vest on me for the surround exray and said, " We're going to radiate you today." Did not appreciate that. My mom passed away from radiation poisoning. Dr. Kindt is the only dentist I have ever had that I felt truly, completely comfortable with. He's the greatest!!!
