Definitely the worst staff I’ve even come across. The two main “receptionists” are never on the same page but somehow find a way to blame you. When they say they’re going to call you for an appointment they don’t then will call you the day before trying to confirm an appointment that no one called you to schedule in the first place. Staff needs help truly
