great doctor gentle smiles has given me a good experence. the front desk was very helpful and nice and i could say the same for the rest of the stuff that i came in contact with. all of them had a good attitude and i felt very relaxed the whole time i was there. and doctor timothy was great
My Time at The Dentist This office has a great enviromnt from the time you walk in you feel welcome. The front office staff welcome you when you walk in, the hygienists a nice they make small talk and keep it friendly. The doctors explain what they are going to do so it's not so overwelming. This is just overall a great office to visit.
Dr. Tim = Gentle Dr. Wachuta is an exceptional dentist & person! I've seen him for many years & I refer family, friends, & customers to him regularly. He has more skills than a lot of dentists out there so he can take care of more needs right there in the office without having to refer out. He is good to his staff & I've seen the same smiling faces year after year. He helped my sister when no one else could & that meant a lot to me. He's got a great sense of humor & he truly is gentle! He's the BEST!!!
Dr. Timothy Wachuta My time spent in Dr Wachuta's office was wonderful. The staff was fun and friendly. I was seated right away and i felt right at home. I would recommend Dr. Wachuta's office to anyone. It was easy to schedule appointments and tell the staff my concerns thanks again for being there when i needed you.
unprofessional, unnecessarily painful experience I never ever write reviews about doctors, restaurants or anything else so it took an AWFUL dental experience to get me to bother to review this dental office. I've been to Wachuta's Colorado Blvd. dental office for 5 years now and while I've always thought the place to be subpar (rude front desk lady, terribly annoying '80s and '90s pop music playing in the exam room from ancient static emitting boom boxes, routinely running behind schedule, never seeing the same dentist twice... read more
Good dentist My wife and I have both been using Dr. Wachuta and his staff for 8 years. We've had fillings, cleanings, crowns repaired, new crowns, and referrals for root canals. It has all worked out well and we're very happy. The head front office person is a bit abrupt and off-putting to some people, but she is simply trying to be fast and efficient, not deliberately rude - and she's always right on with appointments and billing - we've never found a mistake. dr wachutas office - keep looking before using this practice, i had never seen poor chairside manner (it's not nice!) and i have noted this with the majority of staff at this place. 2 of 3 dentists and 1 of 2 hygentists were sub par. the majority of the dental team seems to lack experience and proffesionalism. this is not the place to get dental work performed and have any degree of confidence that it is a quality job.
Good location, longer wait for dentist I saw Dr. Wachuta once and the experience was ok. I have kids, so I like to be in and out of the dentist as quickly as possible. I waited for him a long time after the cleaning. The office is conveniently located. I don't have any major dental issues so it was a pretty textbook experience. I did feel that the hygenists there did a great job.
