was very rude and dismissive to my wife and refused to listen to her issues. A review of other people this seems to be a reoccuring issue and all the response from Optum is sorry for you experiance but no real action to address peoples complaints. Shame on you OPTUM for not protecting your patence and advocating for them.
Dr T is amazing after a long wait at Harbor UCLA 30hrs without being seen. I reached out to him. He quickly diagnosed my symptoms over the phone and gave a quick over the counter protocol. I was better the next morning. I will forever be grateful for Tim and his "no charge consult. ' God bless you
Worst doctor I have ever encountered. He refused to listen to any of my concerns, was extremely condescending and then just walked out on me mid conversation. I’m shocked he’s still practicing.
Had no time to listen. I felt like I should not even be there. When I tried to speak I was told "If you do not like my approach go find another doctor"! I am familiar with people not liking their jobs but this doctor shows it very confidently. He seems like a doctor that pushes Ozempic. Prescribed it then said see you in 3 months.
