Had no time to listen. I felt like I should not even be there. When I tried to speak I was told "If you do not like my approach go find another doctor"! I am familiar with people not liking their jobs but this doctor shows it very confidently. He seems like a doctor that pushes Ozempic. Prescribed it then said see you in 3 months. Had little to no concern over the real reason I was there. He also treated my wife that way when he was a substitute for her doctor that quit. Awesome doctor, very helpful, very responsive!
He is horrible! November 2024 and had to see him because regular doc. was out. Absolutely no comprehension of patient care, empathy, or continuity of care. From past (2023 and earlier) reviews, Optum for some reason still employs him. Insulting, rude, condescending, argumentative... absolutely contrary to what the minimum standards of medicine require. More seriously, the supervisor had to step in to override his medical decision during the annual basic physical. Dr. O'Connell...retire if you are that unhappy!! PLEASE!
