I’m very pleased and satisfied with Dr Mulry, his PA AJ along with the rest of Dr Mulry’s support team. In the last year I have had two surgeries, rotator cuff and Achilles tendon repaired both performed by Dr. Mulry. Dr Mulry did an outstanding job and I’m healing great. Between his surgical skills and his incredible bedside manner along with his support team I am extremely satisfied I highly recommend Dr Mulry and his staff.
Dr. Mulry is awesome. Unfortunately that's where the good part ends. Dealing with Northwell's automated Phone system is AWFUL. When calling it is nearly impossible to get a live person on the line, and when you do, they don't actually work in Dr. Mulry's office. This is a really bad practice. The person on the line has notes, but doesn't really know anything other than what is written and they are generally incapable of answering questions or providing information that is actually helpful.
