Very nice and pleasant
First I’ll start off my saying the receptionist was awesome talked to me for as long as I needed the day before to help my anxiety. Came in morning of surgery doc and his assistant were amazing my IV was the hardest part once we got it I was fast to sleep I don’t remember nothing, gave me his personal number incase I need anything also GREAT bedside manners. I highly recommend I will be going back there if anything needs to be removed.!!!
First off, Dr. Votta did an absolutely amazing job with my husband and the surgical work my husband had done. His receptionist on the other hand is another story. We provided the approval letter from our insurance company, and the insurance representative spoke to her on speaker phone telling her that this procedure was approved and she still said that it was not and we had to pay $400.00. I would recommend Dr. Votta. I am 66 years old & he said usually people my age have a difficult time removing impacted wisdom teeth. I had 1 impacted wisdom tooth & Dr. Votta said it came out great. I didn’t have any complications at all. The pain lasted only 9 days. I am very happy
