If I could leave zero stars I would. I literally just left this doctors office in tears because of his horrible bedside manner, and blatant rudeness. I was a first time patient today, coming to see him for pain stemming back to a car accident years ago for which the most recent treatment was ablations done elsewhere. Excellent doctor… You will never feel rushed. Three characteristics of a doctor that are extremely important to me - must be very skilled, listens and offers solutions, and cares. It has been necessary to have a pain management group in my life so I have been to others.
Excellent doctor, however, they just put in a new phone system (AI)-it by far is the worst system I have every been on- wait times as long as 30 min just to speak with a person, hung up on me multiple times.
