Dr Downey is very compassionate and takes the time to listen and understand the issues that we are concerned about. He is a great physician and I highly recommend him for any type of medical care that he specializes in.
This was my first visit to the office and contact with Dr. Downey. Growing up in a medical family I was taught what to look for and was very impressed. I found a cordial and efficient staff and experienced minimum wait time. Dr. Downey was pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions in a manner which I understood. His examination was thorough and provided an assessment that was clear and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Downey and his staff for any ENT issues you may be experiencing.
Dr. Downey is an excellent, competent, ENT specialist whose patients are happy to put their health under his care. He spends enough time with his patients to inquire about their health, administer to their needs, and address their concerns. He is genuinely concerned about his patients' general wellbeing, and his friendly demeaner leaves his patients feeling they are special to him and are in good hands.
