No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Dr. Cooper is a nice man and works well with children. His staff were also great with our daughter. Receptionist is okay, but not outstanding. We took our duaghter there was she was only two, and then again when she was 5. We also use Dr. Cooper for our own dental needs. They do not overcharge, but watch your bill. You may have an outstanding credit which they don't remind you of. We had a credit of over a hundred doctors from the previous year, and no one called to tell us.
