Do not do business with this lawyer. He will leave you in a mess. He states that he helps the asian community but all he does is make you at fault. A recent car accident occur and as a representative of me he made me at fault even though it was a hit and run from the other party. Please be aware. This especially goes for the Hmong community. Dont believe a word he says and his front clerks. They are their to make it worst for you.if I could give him a lower review I would and it would be negative 5

I found Timothy I Marks in the Hmong California Directory “Txhawb” book and decided to booked an appointment with him to see how he can help me handle my car accident case that happened over two weeks ago.
