I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bowman Place Apartments in Annapolis. The property manager and her assistant manager are truly exceptional. They are professional, respectful, compassionate, and always willing to help. They treat residents with kindness and make everyone feel value. Years ago, the building had a reputation for problems, including criminal activity and other issues that affected the quality of life.
