Dr. Heiler performed a laser surgery to remove my skin lesions for cancer precaution. Even tough he stated that he will get pre-approval from my insurance first, he refused to give me an estimate cost for the procedure. Most importantly I don't think he has much experience in laser surgery because nothing had change after the surgery, all 9 lesions which he was supposed to removed are still the same and not a bit has been removed.
