We just decided not to see Dr. Pan any longer: at the last appointment he was disrespectful toward my elder family member. Example: at one point the patient asked the doctor about a "new" test they just performed and Dr. Pan indicated it was a test they did every year, and repeated her words back to her in falsetto and then laughed. We'll seek help from someone who can treat elderly patients with respect and compassion.
