Avoid David Tullar for neurological care or any medical care. My first appointment he spent telling me about his excellent training. He told me he would have me back to normal in five to six months. But, I can't speak to his abilities. He quit returning phone calls from Mt home health RN about chronic severe headaches. He denied failing to return calls from my RN. I checked my nurse's notes. Well, once again being taken advantage of by St. Pete's. Took our child in for an evaluation on speech and only visited with the Dr. For 15-20 minutes and was charged over $700.00. Ridiculous. Be warned they are extremely expensive and usually do not have the best results.
