I have nothing but positive vibes from my visit with Dr. Graves. I had a serious condition and he was prepared, had some alternative suggestions as to treatment, and we both agreed on a plan of action that met my needs and relieved any apprehensions I may have had ... I'd go to him anytime I need a "local" doctor for surgical issues.
This is by far the worst medical appointment I have ever been to. EVER. I hate to leave such a negative review but I am so upset by my appointment I have to leave this one. When Dr. Graves came into my appointment right off the bat his whole demeanor was rude and lacking any and all basic bedside manner, let alone basic human skills. He didn't even read my medical chart or look at the records that had been sent to him. I'm very pleased with the care I've received from Dr. Graves. His approach is laid back, yet vigilant. He was patient and kind when I asked all my "stupid questions." And somehow, when he orders tests, I get the scheduling calls back within days -- not weeks. But here's the game changer....he personally calls with results of tests. Not his nurse (but let me say, this nurse gets things done!). Not his staff (they are sweet). THE. DOCTOR. "Old school" professionalism. I''ll recommend his services any time I'm asked.
