Didn't sign my prescription on Friday when it was ordered. Didn't sign it on Monday either. This led to a near-miss on the sedation medication necessary for me to tolerate the pain induced by the position they had me hold in the MRI. Because this guy wouldn't do his homework, my wife and I, as well as the staff at the pharmacy, were scrambling to get the prescription filled so that I could attend the early-am MRI.
