I wanted my surgery performed at St. Francis Hospital because the aftercare and nursing is excellent, but Dr. Reish strongly encourage me to go to the East Hills Medical Center which is NOT affiliated with St. Francis Hospital, but Dr. Reish clearly stated that it was. It is , in fact, privately Owned by doctors who profit much more From performing surgery at East Hills than they would at a hospital that has earned its reputation of providing excellent care. Dr Reish is a horrible doctor!!!!! My pain was not taken seriously at all. He came in, barely looked at me, and acted as though I was wasting his time. He poked my arm, twisted my hands and seemed surprised that I was in pain. He seemed reluctant to send me off for more testing, even though I continuously told him I was in pain. He then asked if it hurt more than when I went to urgent care which I thought was a silly question since I was there in the office with him. Horrible customer experience if you have an appointment with him cancel ASAP Upon arriving he was very aggressive he looked at my wrist brace and said who’s treating that because I don’t do wrists even though I was scheduled for my shoulder. Really disappointed at this doctor who doesn't want to listen to my symptoms and my problems, and keeps on talking over me when I'm trying to explain to him the terribly handicapping pain I have on my knee. Extremely mean and unprofessional dismissing my questions and opinions based on what I feel. Literally impossible to make an appointment over the phone. Automation, hold music, indian call center anything but an ability to make an appointment. Highly over engineered worthless ai. ANGRY PATIENT NOW IN MORE PAIN. MUST BE DONE ONLINE.
