They didn't send in for precertification and told me they did. When the claim was denied they sent me a bill for 5 times the amount they had estimated I would have to pay for my mouth guard! I called and the receptionist lied and told me they got a verbal precertification. I called my insurance company and they said they do not do verbal pre certifications! So they LIED!
