The staff is very efficient. I never wait a long time to see the doctor. His nurse, Lisa, takes notes and listens. She is invested in my journey. Dr. Wright is a very caring man. He asks questions and listens to me. His whole organization - to the knee class and surgery instructions is very thorough. He makes people feel their recovery is impirtant to him. I feel I am in good hands all around.
