I had an appointment with Dr. Timothy Dawson I confirmed it via text. I called and left a voicemail earlier in the day because someone left a voicemail regarding my insurance, so they knew I was coming. And then I called on the way to the appointment to let them know I was running two minutes late because of traffic from an accident. I showed up two minutes after my appointment time and the entire office was closed.
