Tainted my medical records to paint me as a difficult patient. Lied to me saying the baby can 'bleed out' if cord clamping isn't done fast enough. When discussing my birth plan he called it 'demands'. That were unreasonable and dangerous. He does not know how to individualize care. Strictly by the book. Lots of interventions to be involved.
I'm over 60 and have been treated by Dr. Cook many times. Wonderful doctor who has given me great care. Very warm and compassionate manner.
Dr. Cook was my OB/GYN back in 1990 when I had a miscarriage in the 5th month. He was/is the most compassionate doctor I have known. The hospital staff were also very compassionate, and though I went through this very difficult experience at KCH, I will always remember how graciously they treated me at that time and I am grateful for their help.

DR COOK IS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND DR. HE IS VERY THOROUGH WITH HIS EXAMS AND HE ACTUALLY SAVED MY LIFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A GYN.
Worst surgern ever had ..lies ..u tell him ...he said he will do it or check it or fix but then never does ..maybe a bit forgetful is the issue . Not sure he is even a real doctor maybe fake documents
I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy 2 yrs ago. Dr. Cook took a lot of time to comfort me and help me deal with the shock. I am looking forward to continuing to visit this office for my current pregnancy. When I went in for my first appointment he remembered how difficult my last experience was and greeted me with warmth and excitement.
Finally help with my hot flashes! Wonderful doctor!
