My elderly family member never received a bill from this practice for treatment received during an emergency room visit however they had no problem sending her information to a collections to who has continued to harass her without ever providing any written documentation of debt owed. When I finally found out this was the practice behind the calls and tried to verify the charges I was not only unable to get anyone on the phone but kept getting redirected to Novant who advised that since this is a private contractor that the... read more
His digital exam was horrible, please whatever you do, don't let him give you a digital exam.
Dr. Lietz took care of my injuries after a car wreck. He was patient and kind. I have taken my family to the same ER and we have had received very good care.
