he makes very bad legal choices for Kaiser is very unprofessional, rude, and could not tell in evidence of coverage legality of his decision ! it was like dealing with a kid that got bullied in elementary school junior high , high school and he now has a chip on his shoulder, the way he speaks to people do better be better! there’s always people above you and I’m not talking about Kaiser

Surgery 15 years ago. Desperately sick ever month since. Jenkins only tried to deflect the blame from his department never tried to help. Claims I wasn’t his patient but came to see me at VMU a week after surgery. Said I looked ok to him. Offered no help or information. He also made disparaging comments when he saw me in another department for chest pains I was having months later.
