Dr. Watts is great. However, at the time of me writing this review, it has been such a hassle getting anyone to answer the phone at this office or even return a call. It seems like his staff spends 99% of the time away from their desk.
As a first time patient I found the experience to be very professional and I like the way he took his time to share knowledge and information that will help me.
Dr. Watts and staff are great! He’s very personable, methodical, very intelligent. I’ve never been so relaxed at any other doctor’s office - the office is so chill! Faith is a terrific nurse, and Brenda is a wonderful receptionist! Highly recommended!
Doesn't answer the phone or return messages?
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Watts and I am thankful to a have a PCP that takes the time to explain things in way that can be understood. He doesn't rush, his staff is kind courteous and professional, and I felt comfortable in his office.
