The Doctor’s Office staff is very personable and professional.
My experience with Dr. Cheng and his staff has been great. When I first time went to him I thought my only solution was surgery however, he explained my options.I came home totally happy not to have to have surgery. The staff is great, despite being a busy office. They take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and ready for the doctor. I totally recommend Dr. Cheng, my rotator cuff does too!
I went in to see Dr Cheng for surgical advice. There was a glitch with his staff, but Dr Cheng has a bedside manner and was able to explain everything to me. He took the time to speak with this patient. I highly recommend Dr Cheng!
