I saw Dr. Chan for foot and ankle problems. I was very disappointed in the visit. After the visit I went back to ask for my progress note and he noted things like checking my muscle strength, gait, used a tuning fork. He did do Ultrasounds and gave me foot inserts .He never watched me walk or actually touched my foot or ankle so he gave false information in his progress notes. He charged me $677 for the visit. Dr. Chan was rude and disrespectful to me. He had not looked at my foot X-rays and therefore did nothing to enhance my understanding of my foot fracture. He had his hand on the door , ready to leave , before I could ask him questions. This was a most unwelcoming first visit. I will not return . His staff, particularly Brianna, was excellent: knowledgeable and kind.
