Extremely disappointing service. If you have any issue with billing or meeting times, you'll find them to be the least understanding, patient people possible. I was a client for a while, but finally drew the line when they called me a liar, refused to connect me to a manager, and hung up on me. Find a better place to get therapy.
Worst experience ever with a psychiatrist. These people are very unprofessional, i was sent a appointment reminder 2 days before my appointment saying to be at the location of their office. When i got there the office was closed due to covid 19. Then these people tried to charge me for missing a appointment. Also i had a bad anxiety attack due to the medication the psychiatrist prescribed and when i tried to get ahold of her i couldnt and instead of helping me with a anxiety medication that ive been prescribed before they pr... read more
