Great experience at Florida Orthopedic Institute today for surgery to repair a broken ankle. Wonderful staff and facility. The entire experience was better than I could have hoped for, from the care and time spent to make me feel special and important, to the explanation of the process before, and results of the surgery after, by Dr. Epting, to considering my questions and concerns about post-surgery. I would highly recommend this facility, staff, and Dr. Epting.
Great experience and information on my ankle issues. Only downfall is: He himself is in network for Baycare but doesn't do surgeries in any of their hospitals and the surgery ctr at FOI is not in network.
The M.A. was amazing, very thorough, polite and caring. Front desk coordinator was very polite as well, I’m thankful. My rating really has to do with walking away with unresolved issues and a note for PT. I appreciate everyone’s time and care.
I had foot surgery yesterday with Dr Epting at FOI on Fowler Ave. My nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing. I can’t say enough about Dr Epting. He was caring and compassionate. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease before my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Epting.
