Since Mount Carmel took over, this place is horrible. I called 10am on a week day and the receptionist said no doctor was in the office. I just wanted an over the phone consultation with my physician and they said they couldn't get me in for a week. When Tim owed the practice we could get in same day or at least get a phone call with him. Now it's corporate and ran by the worst medical group in the state Mount Carmel. I guess I need to find a new doctor.
I've seen Dr.Bright for over 20 yrs now and his staff as well as himself has been the best Dr. and staff I've encountered threw my ordeals with everything I've been and dealing with up to this point in my life. If anyone needs a real good Dr. and a staff that actually cares about your well being id recommend trying to get Dr.Bright as your family Dr.
