Dr Bollom operated on my badly broken collarbone this morning and installed some hardware to fix me. He communicated well and called me to chat anfterwatds about how it went because it was an outpatient procedure. Disregard “Matt’s” misplaced review of Dr Bollom since he didn’t even meet him and seems to have trouble with his own organization and scheduling. 5 stars
Dr. Bollom is an amazing surgeon. He explained everything every step of the way. We went over pros vs. cons I mean eveything. This man knows what he is doing and talking about. He didnt just put me on the back burner like another surgeon did. Dr. Bollom and his staff were more than accommodating for my family and I. Everytime we went to see him or someone on his staff we were greated in a timely manner and made to feel like we were the only ones there. I wish more doctors were like this man. Dr. Bollom replaced my left knee. As far as I’m concerned he is the best Orthopedic Surgeon and a real gentleman. He makes you feel at ease and answers all of your questions with a common sense answer that you can understand. He has that old sense of kindness and heartfelt honesty that is lacking in many self absorbed Drs these days. I have never felt more trust in any Doctor I have dealt with in the past.
