Tim went above and beyond with the details of the property to ensure that the home presented itself at the highest level! Tim helped us prepare the house for sale, switched gears on a dime when we entertained renting, found us a great tenant, but then we decided it really was time to sell. Again, Tim switched back into sell-mode and did a great job of marketing and negotiating the sale. Without Tim's knowledge and guidance, I do not believe the transaction would have been as seamless and fluid as it was. THANK YOU TIM!!

Tim Bohlke is an amazing realtor! I was in a pressing situation where I needed to find and move into housing fast! Tim set me up with an amazing mortgage company, while working tirelessly to find a house that went above and beyond what I needed for my price range.
