Very pleasant experience with Dr Ball.I enjoyed his interview and felt he was truly interested in my opinions.
So good to see Dr Ball again. The staff I encountered were to a person: friendly while professional, helpful, informative, and appeared genuinely interested in me and my health.
Dr Ball is a very good doctor. He knew my health background before entering the room, clearly explained my ekg in terms I understood, and answered my questions. My only complaint has nothing to do with Dr Ball, but rather in the scheduling. I'm told that appts are made only 4 months out - so I have to remember to make an appt and try to figure out when to call in for the approximate timeframe that the doctor wants. I have had only good experiences. The only problem is that sometimes it is hard to find a date to get a visit. This office tends to get booked fast.
