Everyone from the receptionist who was very helpful to Dr. Ball, who explained everything perfectly and made it simple to understand, took his time and was extremely nice

Dr. Ball has always been respectful of our concerns, questions. He takes the time to explain our questions, makes sure we understand, is very genuine and sincere, and is genuinely concerned about my general health. He is very approachable and also personable.
