Dr Ball took the time to address numerous aspect of cardiac health. This is not my usual experience with specialists. He was thorough and never once appeared rush or distracted. Again, this is not my experience with other specialists.
This was first meeting with dr Ball. I liked the way he conducted himself, liked his attitude towards care and finding solutions to my problem. Refreshing and reassuring visit. I like and respect him.
Staff from collection of info and checking in were very professional and put me at ease. Doctor was thorough, listened and explained so I could understand.
Very happy to have used the Doctor to help get my heart issues figured out. Very knowledgeable.
Everything was just terrific
My first appointment with Dr. Ball was very upsetting. I did not feel he heard anything I was trying to tell him. I found him to be condescending. I was not able to get a complete thought out when talking to him. Second appointment was better.
Dr Ball is very thorough and he's very respectful. But I find making an appointment a problem.
