Excellent. I have been treated by Dr. Amann for over a year now for my shoulder and knee. I recently had surgery to repair a rotator cuff injury due to an accident. I am currently in rehab, but everything has gone well. We will be addressing my knee once I am fully recovered with my shoulder. I would strongly recommend Dr. Amann to anyone. The staff has been great too. Very nice people.
Dr. Amann is excellent! I have treated with him for a knee injury and had hip surgery that has changed my life. More importantly, he did a very sophisticated meniscal transplant on my daughter to deal with a congenital issue. Not only is she doing great but Dr. Amann continues to call or PT for updates while she is away at college! I have recommended numerous friends to his care without hesitation.
PRP - platelet (autologous) infusion of platelets were injected 1May 2019 in left knee because of pain, decreased exercise tolerance, some swelling. Timothy Amann explained ultrasound guidance was not adjunct, 'he couldn't fire it up.' Continuing pain, hindering movement was experienced after PRP 1 May 2019. Very nice Dr with great bedside manner. Really tries his best to accommodate patients needs. Explains dmy surgery and recovery thoroughly to my husband.
Dr. Amann operated to repair my wrist after I broke a bone in five pieces rollerskating. He saw me right away, was both warm and professional, and did a fabulous job. When I started physical therapy, my PT couldn't believe how well my wrist had healed; he assumed from my range of motion that I was at least a month further from surgery than I was. It is a year later now, and my wrist healed beautifully: only a very thin scar and some achiness in certain weather, and have 98% function back!
