It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
We have had many doctors - but we have had few that were as conscientious and professional as Dr. Tim Tobin. He is wonderful. In addition, Dr. Tobin's staff is amazing. These people work hard to get things right - the first time! The entire team is supportive and first rate! We are very happy we found them!
They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home.
